For this story, I asked Brittany to choose some pieces from the site that she liked and we went from there. The pieces that Brittany chose were perfect. They were luxurious, timeless, and included both colors and neutrals, a combo I tend to gravitate to as well. As a stylist, I enjoy collaborating with other creatives and highlighting each individual's essence.
We shot this story in Malibu at sunset, with Brittany taking advantage of the natural light and beauty of the environment. I love this story because it showcases the effortless moodiness that the Bazaar Tyler collection does so well.
One of the highlights of working with Brittany was when she brought out a vintage Hasselblad camera to shoot several of the looks on film. I am always moved when vintage cameras are used to shoot my collection, as it reminds me of developing film that I shot on my dad's 1968 Canon in high school. The medium is magical, and I always appreciate it when a photographer uses film for a shoot.
Thank you so much to Brittany and Kiana for making this beautiful day possible.
